1987, the founder of RILAND, Mr. Qiu Guang developed the first inverter MOSFET manual arc welding machine in the domestic market. The machine has been granted the national patent in 1990. In subsequent years, a number of inverter welding and cutting equipment including inverter TIG welder, inverter CO2 MIG welder, inverter air plasma cutter and inverter multi-process welder have been launched in the domestic market, and the world's first "100kHz Frequency Inverter Technology" was developed, therefore opening a new era of inverter welder industry in China.

2003, Shenzhen RILAND Industry Group Co., Ltd. was founded, and successfully presented Rilon brand welding equipment;

2004, created HiTronic brand, taking the first step to enter international markets;

2008, jointly created T&R brand with Italian TER company who is a mainstay of welding technology in the European market;

2009, was awarded "Top 100 Private Enterprises of Bao'an District" and "Independent Innovation Advantage Enterprises of Science and Technology in Bao'an District;

RILAND has successfully completed its shareholding system reform;

RILAND was rated as "National High-Tech Enterprise";

The National Key Laboratory of Advanced Welding Production Technology —— "National Digital Welding Laboratory" has settled in RILAND;

2010, started to prepare for the construction of "RILAND Industrial Park of Welding Technology" in Kunshan city, the scale of which is second only to RILAND headquarter in Shenzhen city;

Riland brand was awarded the title of "Guangdong Famous Trademark";

Riland brand was successfully listed on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 300154);

2011, Riland brand won the title of "Shenzhen Top Brand";

2012, RILAND was ranked among Forbes 2012 "China's Most Potential Listed Companies";

2013, RILAND's third-generation series of welding equipment was debuted in Germany Essen welding exhibition, and obtained a large number of orders;

2014, signed a "Project Cooperation Agreement" with Carl Cloos Schweisstechnik GmbH, a world market leader of arc welding and robot technology, the agreement was reached between the parties on the proposed joint development, production and supplying of welding equipment and related matters;

The first product jointly developed by RILAND and Cloos has been launched by Cloos at International Sheet Metal Working Technology Exhibition in Hanover, Germany;

Our main achievements of new technology include Tri-Arc Double-wire Welding, Digital Multi-loop Waveform Control Welding, Current Mode PI Control, etc.;

2015, established welding robot department to promote the development of robotic welding systems and continue to push the business forward;

The wholly-owned subsidiary, Riland International, Inc. was established in USA, for business development and outward investment in North America;

2016, the wholly-owned subsidiary, Riland Europe GmbH was established in Germany, for business development and outward investment in Europe;

2017, RILAND started restricted stock incentive plan;

2020, RILAND obtained AEO advanced certification;

2021, RILAND officially changed its name to Shenzhen Riland Industry Group Co., Ltd. (RILAND);
